Who we are

This site is run by Current Forge Studio LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.

Questions about your information, or a request to see or delete it, go to [email protected].

What we collect

  • Your answers to the project inquiry form: your name, email, business, current site, budget, and the rest of the form.
  • Sent with those answers: the Google Analytics client ID for your browser, the page or link that brought you to the site, your browser type, and how long the form took. We also keep a scrambled code made from your IP address, used only to block spam. The address itself is not kept with your inquiry.
  • If we work together: the answers and files you add to your project brief, and the comments you leave on your preview site.
  • On every page of this site, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, how far you scroll, roughly where you are, and how far people get through the form, including the type of project and budget range picked. It never receives your name, email or written answers. It uses cookies to do this.

Why

To reply to you, quote the work, and build and support your site. Analytics help us understand how the site is used, and which pages and links lead to inquiries, so we can make it better.

Who helps us handle it

A small number of service providers handle information for us:

  • Google: email, analytics, and a script that delivers our notifications.
  • Cloudflare: domain names (DNS), security, and controlling who can reach private pages.
  • DigitalOcean: the servers that host this site and your project.
  • GitHub: where our code is stored.
  • Software tools, including AI-assisted tools, that help us organize and draft our work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

  • Inquiries that never become a project are deleted 18 months after their last update.
  • Brief links stop working 90 days after they are created.
  • A file you remove from your brief is deleted right away.
  • All brief files for a project are deleted 90 days after the site launches or the project ends.
  • Backup copies are kept for up to 12 months and then overwritten.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, or for it to be deleted, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 2 business days.

You can also turn off analytics by blocking cookies for this site in your browser.

Changes

If this changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
